The average price comes to €25,833/ha. The median price, less affected by extreme values than the average, is the most reliable benchmark for valuing a vineyard in this area.

From 2020 to 2025, the median price rose by 103%, moving from €13,774/ha to €27,935/ha.
Prices observed run from €4,479/ha for the most modest plots to €58,140/ha for the most sought-after properties. Appellation, terroir quality and the condition of the plantings explain most of these gaps.
