Between 2020 and 2025, the median price rose by 160% (€13,774/ha → €35,870/ha). With only 11 sales recorded over six years, these figures should be read with caution: a single atypical transaction can significantly shift the annual statistics.
Recorded transactions range from €10,000/ha to €50,000/ha. This spread reflects the diversity of the properties sold: appellation, grape varieties, the condition of the vines and the presence of farm buildings all drive large differences in value.
