The median price — half of all sales take place below it, half above — gives a better picture of the everyday market than the average, which is pulled upwards by a handful of exceptional deals.

From 2020 to 2025, the median price rose by 68%, moving from €11,937/ha to €20,000/ha. With only 13 sales recorded over six years, these figures should be read with caution: a single atypical transaction can significantly shift the annual statistics.
Recorded transactions range from €4,479/ha to €43,988/ha. This spread reflects the diversity of the properties sold: appellation, grape varieties, the condition of the vines and the presence of farm buildings all drive large differences in value.
