According to DVF data (the French land-transaction register), the median price of vineyards in Cher stands at €150,000/ha over 2020-2025, based on 120 recorded transactions. The average price comes to €145,560/ha. Unlike the average price, which is sensitive to exceptional sales, the median splits the market in two and better reflects typical transactions.
