Located in the upper Orb valley, this house dating from 1778 offers an idyllic setting for the exploitation of its lodgings and guest rooms by combining authenticity, nature and history. The estate extends over 55 hectares, including 17.5 hectares of vineyards in Haute Vallée de l'Orb, cultivated according to reasoned methods close to organic viticulture.
The vineyard is no longer exploited by the owners and is currently on "loan for use" and perfectly maintained.
Accommodation
• Gîtes: two spacious lodgings, each of which can accommodate up to 6 people. These lodgings are fully equipped, with kitchen, living room with wood stove, bright bedrooms and private terraces.
• 3 guest rooms: offering a capacity of 1 to 5 people each. All rooms are equipped with television, kettle and cups, and benefit from access to the Domaine swimming pool. Possibility to link these rooms to one of the two lodgings to make a group cottage.
• A proprietary space with private access. 250 m2 on 2 levels. Large living rooms, veranda, terrace, 4 bedrooms.
An exceptional natural setting
The field offers a peaceful and green environment, ideal for lovers of nature and tranquility. The outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by vines, and the terraces offering a panoramic view of the valley add to the charm of this place.

My opinion: An ideal place to organize an activity combining lodges and wine tourism. Organization of tastings, visit of vines and teaching of wine techniques, oenological excursions. The sharing of a very popular passion in the region for a mainly French and European clientele.
