From 2020 to 2025, the median price fell by 7%, moving from €1,181,447/ha to €1,100,000/ha. The average price followed a different path (it remained broadly stable over the same period), a sign of a heterogeneous market where a few large sales weigh heavily on the average.

Prices observed run from €423,639/ha for the most modest plots to €1,770,000/ha for the most sought-after properties. Appellation, terroir quality and the condition of the plantings explain most of these gaps.
