From 2020 to 2025, the median price fell by 13%, moving from €937,216/ha to €812,679/ha.
Recorded transactions range from €288,158/ha to €1,211,770/ha. This spread reflects the diversity of the properties sold: appellation, grape varieties, the condition of the vines and the presence of farm buildings all drive large differences in value.
SAFER values the department's AOP vineyards at an average of €947,300/ha in 2025, compared with €950,300/ha in 2024 (stable) (unleased land).
