At the confluence of the Gaves between Béarn, Landes and the Netherlands 40 minutes from Biarritz, nestles an exceptional site extended by 7 hectares. Formerly old XIX farm with its barn and stables, it took 2 years of complete restoration to the owners and their architect, to give a 2nd life and sublimate this property steeped in history. A total of 770m2 of building entirely rehabilitated in the rules of the art, for a remarkable result. The main house, the oldest part of the site, develops for 235m2 and has retained all its charm and authenticity. The old stables have become a sumptuous 535m2 cottage that can receive up to 15 guests. This imposing building was reworked with a rare refinement, a harmonious mixture of raw materials, local crafts, subtly underlined with more contemporary notes. The facades were largely pierced to let the light penetrate without constraint, and reveal the large reception areas. The magic extends outside thanks to the vast terraces on stilts, relaxation corners, summer cuisine .... all embellished with swimming pools and jacuzzi which benefit from a panorama worthy of a postcard. The landscapes extend as far as the eye can see, furrowed by a long river to discover by taking the moored canoe.
