Description

The estate covers a total area of 3.19 hectares in a single block. The château, the oldest part of which dates back to the 13th century, overlooks a 2-hectare park with a pond.

The 1.18-hectare vineyard is located entirely within the Lussac-Saint-Emilion appellation area.

The farm buildings are located in part of the château's outbuildings. Renovation and upgrading work was completed in 2019.
They consist of: a cellar with concrete vats and temperature control, a barrel cellar, a bottle cellar, and an office. The total surface area is approximately 430 m².

The château is surrounded by dry moats and has a living area of approximately 335 m² on three levels, as well as a basement of over 100 m².
It is adjoining a building that does not belong to the property, dating from the 17th century.

The château has been listed as a historic monument since 2016.
Significant renovation work is required.

A 100 m² worker's cottage, located at the entrance to the property, in need of complete renovation.
