In the heart of nature, in a small valley, between Albi and Millau, 2 hours from Toulouse or Montpellier, this completely renovated private hamlet, made of red sandstone, is made up of 4 independent charming ecological lodges (24 beds), 2 vaulted barns (90-42m2) converted into activity rooms (heated), on 1.5 ha of land.
The renovation was based on a triple approach: respect for traditional local buildings, ecological restoration and energy savings: exclusively natural materials, heating network using local shredded wood, phyto-purification, with particular care given to thermal and sound insulation. Energy performance is exceptional in terms of comfort and especially financial costs!
Brugas received the “Values of Regional Parks” label which made it a showcase for the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park. In addition, the quality of its services is attested by its performance in terms of e-reputation (4.97 on Airbnb, 4.8 on Google).
Since 2010 the place has hosted spiritual retreats, personal development courses, therapeutic stays (dance therapy, art therapy), “Well-being” stays (Yoga, Pilates, Qigong, Aikido), artistic residencies (International Music Academies, Calligraphy courses).
A very high-quality "Wellness" area with barrel sauna and wooden jacuzzi and a massage room completes the offer.
With equipment suitable for group reception including a 17m2 professional kitchen, several stay options are offered: self-catering, half board, full board; they make it possible to respond to all requests throughout the year.
