Property located within a 30 km radius of 12440, Occitanie.
Description
This property is atypical in more ways than one ! This former gendarmerie has been converted into a house offering a considerable amount of living space (over 310 m² with five bedrooms).
It also boasts an original décor.
There is also a room devoted entirely to cinema.
Finally, the former women's jail has been converted into a wine cellar.
The house is located in a village close to all amenities.
It boasts spacious rooms, numerous bathrooms and toilets, as well as a lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool set in grounds of almost 4,000 m².
A vestibule leads on the left to a dining room and kitchen, each measuring around 35 m².
From the kitchen, you can access the terrace and the basement, which houses the cinema room.
To the right of the central entrance hall is a lounge, a room (currently a gym) and a bathroom with bath, shower, jacuzzi, sauna and WC.
Upstairs, the anteroom leads to four themed bedrooms (Morocco, Van Gogh, Italy, etc.).
A staircase leads to the attic, part of which has been converted into an office.
The basement houses 100 m² of cellar as well as a cinema room and the former prisoners' cells.
The pleasant grounds feature a large swimming pool (12 x 6 m) overlooked by a 25 m² terrace.
There is also a garage.
The house has a well and is connected to mains drainage.
